If your public funding so far is only $120K how can you recruit guys who make that much in a year ;-)

Indeed, YCombinator gave us the $120K.

Our total funding + revenues are much higher. You missed the part about Khosla Ventures, DARPA, and Fortune 500 contracts, and that we are already profitable :). Biology, especially when done through software, is a very profitable domain.
